Education Island II
Here are events on Eduisland 2:
NO-CONCEPT CLASS: BUILDING
Tuesdays 8am PDT

The first no-concept class in building
Instructor - Jim Gustafson

Are you tired typing in all the numbers that are given by the teachers
in building classes? Do you want to find out what really happens to
you prim if you change a setting?

This class is dedicated to BUILDING for BEGINNERS. We will try out
different prims and explore what all these options like path cut,
profile cut or taper really means.

We will also explore settings like copy, transfer and modify to find
out what you need to check, if you give away your self-made objects.

About no-concept classes:

What is a no-concept class? It is a class that has no pre-written
concept. So it is open for students to ask and try out things during
the class with an experienced instructor.

Because of the (no-) concept of the class, we will not build anything
in particular.

The results of this no-concept class may be included into a regular
class later. So bring your questions that you have about building, or
just watch what other students will build.

NO-CONCEPT CLASS: BUILDING – FOLLOW-UP
Thursdays 8am PDT

The second no-concept class in building
Instructor - Jim Gustafson

This class is dedicated to BUILDING as FOLLOW UP for the participants
of the first no-concept class from last week. We will try out
different prims and explore what all these options like path cut,
profile cut or taper really means.

We will also explore settings like copy, transfer and modify to find
out what you need to check, if you give away your self-made objects.
