[building] Community Information and Education Center

Jeroen built the first building on the Land of Lincoln tg sim. Henrik scripted the elevator inside the building. It’ll serve as a resource center for the island, with artifacts from the 1850’s and 1860’s. We’re still in the planning stages of what to add in there but a meeting space and general SL information for teachers and students might be included there as well.
