New students arrive-Land of Lincoln-teen grid

On Thursday, June 5, students from Quincy Notre Dame High School in Illinois and their instructors arrived for a half day introduction to Teen Second Life. The teens already on Land of Lincoln island helped out with the day, giving the new teens a tour, setting up a celebration area for them afterwards, and helped them throughout the day. Special thanks to Lorelei, Abbey, for organizing the group and teaching building and to Zoaan and Dreyfus, adult volunteers on the island who helped with teaching about changing appearance and photography skills. We look forward to working with the students in the near future! They caught on fast and seemed to enjoy the day.
