I'd like to invite discussion on any of the issues, bullet points, questions, comments, whatever (but *not* my hairdo, I like that!) made in the summary of the first meeting.
One thing I would like to throw out there is how problematic it is to enable all members to attend meetings. How satisfactory is it to only have a transcript available? How can we change this situation? Shall we plan for TWO brainstorming sessions, at times that would enable most people to attend?
You might try getting with OPAL (via Lori) for a meeting, to have an audio chat. There's no transcript for those (though I understand that they can be recorded, if warning is given to participants..? If so, we can always post sound files to the website.) It can also leave some people out as microphones are needed to talk and some folk's machines can't handle any additional programs when SL is running.
Of course, you don't actually need to run SL in order to have the audio discussion. And not doing so might work better for people who can't run SL at work and thus have a difficult time making meetings. Audio can be a nifty way to get to know your group better and talking is easier than typing for more than a few. :)
